Shangia — Windows quick start
=============================
Local character-voice TTS for your stream. Your characters read viewer
redemptions out loud, in voice and in character. Runs on your PC — no cloud,
no per-message fees.

1. INSTALL  (one time)
   Double-click  install.bat
   - When it asks about your GPU, answer:
       Y = NVIDIA (RTX etc. — everything runs on the GPU, fast)
       N = AMD / Intel / no GPU (runs on CPU; still works, screams are slower)
   - It downloads the engines + voice models (a few GB). 20-40 min the first
     time. Leave it running; it makes a "Shangia" icon on your Desktop when done.

2. OPEN IT
   Double-click the Shangia icon on your Desktop.
   The control panel opens in its own window.

3. ADD VOICES (it starts empty — you cast what you want)
   - Type a character or person in the box: glados, spongebob, hank hill...
   - Click  CAST FROM CLIPS.
   - It fetches their clips off YouTube, learns how they actually talk, finds
     their face, and adds them - about a minute. Click the play button to hear.
   - That's it. No pitch tuning, no settings. (The gear on a card lets you set
     a personality or build a fine-tune kit later, but you don't have to.)

   Tip: "Cast from clips" is the good one - it reads in-character. "Search
   models" is a fallback for characters with no usable clips.

4. PUT IT ON STREAM (when ready - see STREAMING.md for detail)
   - Audio: install VB-CABLE (free), pick it as "Stream output" in the Setup
              tab, then capture "CABLE Output" in OBS.
   - Overlay: Design tab -> copy the URL -> OBS -> + -> Browser -> paste it.
   - Redemptions: point StreamElements at it (Setup tab has the steps).

5. LET CHAT PLAY
   Viewers stack effect tags in their message - [chipmunk] [demon] [echo]
   [angry] [scream] - to mangle the voice. Open the Soundboard (Setup tab) to
   try voice + emotion + effect combos and copy the exact text to use.

Trouble? Everything runs locally; nothing leaves your machine. If install.bat
errors, screenshot the window. Full docs: README.md, STREAMING.md, WINDOWS.md.
